No planned orders generated in issuing plant with SPK 70

Dear Experts,

I am using SPK 70 but NO planned orders are generated in issuing plant?

If i use SPK 40, System run fine and all planned order generated.

Setting at SPK 70 is correct there is no issue in it.

What can be the further reasons?

Hello,

When the planned order for the assembly is converted into a production order, the dependent requirements of the components are automatically converted into dependent reservations.

When run MRP on alternative plant it will generate planned order or PR for that.

Please refer SAP help link on it.

Thanks for reply.

For example, Material "B" is produced in 2000 Plant and its planning plant is 1000.

I have extended "B" Material on both plants and  assigned SPK 70 on 1000 Plant!

Material B is component of Header Material "A"

I created sale order of Material A with planning plant 1000.

After MRP RUN through MD01 using Scope of planning, System didn't create any planned order for material B in it's production plant !

What can be possible reason???

Dear Rupesh,

Nothing Happend after MRP run,

Only material is planned but no planned order

I am working in MTO scenario, I have created sale order of Header Material "A"

Component "B" Is its component which is extended in both plants " 2000" (Production Plant of material B) & "1000" (Planning plant of material B)

I have assigned SPK 70 on MRP View 2 for material B with plant 1000

I want system to create planned orders for material "B" in it's production plant !

Please Suggest
