Development using "User defined fields" in Maintenance Order

Hello Consultants,

Business requires an additional field for each operation line item of Maintenance order (IW31/IW32/IW33/IW34). This is achieved by adding user defined field in the enhancement tab in the order operations through configuration. Business also requires the sum total of all the line item into a header field. But in order save event (user exit IWO10009) this calculation cannot be executed as the field is not available in import/export parameters. Expecting your help on this.

Thank you,

P.Manikandaraja

Did you consider some communication between your operation enhancement and an implementation of IWO0018 'customer fields in order header'

Hint: e.g. creating a form in include LXWOCF00 and calling it from your implementation of operation.

Else did you check BAdI like WORKORDER_UPDATE or Enhancement Spots like ES_SAPLCOIH?

    Regards,

    Raymond
