Not able to access data in Webi

Could you please help if user is getting Error message : ' Not able to access Data" while running webi report in BO 4.1

Thank you for your guidance. Also, Could you please provide me the steps to provide access to User on universe.

There could be row level security see if all the users are getting same problem or if only a limited set of users. If it is for limited set of people then check for their access and also verify if you have row level security.
