Hi All,

We are using SAP NWDS for development of Java Application and deploying it to remote AS.

To make development smooth and easy, we are planning to install a local WAS in the same machine where SAP NWDS is installed, i.e., move from NWDS to NWDW.

Which Application Server can we install and where to find it. If SAP AS J2EE Server need to be installed. Where can I find it and how to install it?

Thanks in Advance.

    Dear Akhil,

    Hope you are doing good.

Yes, that can be done. You can install a simple SAP Application Server JAVA with just JAVA usage type and this should be enough. Please go through the installation guides here:
    Hope this helps.
