Hiring Manager Creation - E REC.

Hello Experts,

I am working on E-Recruiting.

Please suggest how to create the new Hiring Manager in E-REC.

Role : SAP_RCF_MSS_SR_ERC_CI_4  - Role is not showing the create the requisition tab on the portal

Role : SAP_RCF_MANAGER

SAP_RCF_MANAGER Role is showing blank in Menu.

Don't you mean SAP_ERC_MANAGER_CI_4

Hello Nicole,

Yes, I tried both roles but still not showing on the portal.

Please suggest how to resolve the issue.

The Problem is the Manager id (user id : RCF_MANAGER) I am not able to raise the requisition for the new position.

PFCG Role Screen- Here I tried all roles, but on the portal not showing correct role or I am doing any mistake.

Portal Screen- In this screen not showing any tab for the requisition for the new position.

I can able to create the new the requisition for the new position by RECRUIT ID, but not Manager ID.

Hi Santosh,

The requisition monitor application just shows the requisition created but there you can't directly create them.

Issue Resolved.  I understand only the Recruiter can create the requisition, not Manager.
