Logon problem in Webi

Hi Seniors,

I am facing similar problem while opening a Rich Client (BO 4.1 SP2) while connected via VPN Client (Cisco Any Connect) not using a Citrix.

I receive the "Your session timed out. Close the Java interface and log on

again" message while the application starts. I don't even have an option to enter my credentials or choose a system name.

    please check whether your are running the same version of client tool and server version with patch.

    eg: client tool : SAP Business Objects BI platform client tool 4.1 SP 05

    and server: SAP Business Objects BI platform 4.1 SP 05
