network order requirements is not showing in MD04 screen

Hi Team,

Good Day!

below is the issue:

PIRs  created for material(XXXX)  and  the strategy is 70(Planning at Assembly Level).

Network order created for above material(XXXX) against the WBS element.we are unable to see the requirements in MD04 screen.

can someone help me how the PIR will be consumed in this scenario(behavior of the material)  and let me know if you need more information.

i would also like to understand the behavior of the network orders with this strategy.

Please use mixed MRP as 1 in Material Master MRP3 view for the Strategy Group 70.

Hi,

Consumption parameter also forward consumption or backward consumption and the period for the same.which plays the major role at the time of consumption of PIR.

The planned independent requirements are consumed during the production stage. This means that you can compare the planned independent requirements situation with the actual order requirements.

Thank you for your response!

14 qty PIRs created for  material(XXXX) and withdrawn quantity showing against that schedule line item is 12 qty in MD63 but the remaining 2 qty not showing in MD04 screen.

Which requirement is not displayed on MD04, the PIR or the network reservation?

A good starting point to analyze this issue is to check in debug if those requirements are read from the table and stored on the internal table MDPSX, which is used to build MD04. See details on the link below:
