Hello Experts I want to know that what is AUC with Internal Order and AUC with Investment Order.
Please explain this to me with the differences of these both.
Regards,
Shreekumar
Hi Shreekumar,
The explanation is like below.
AUC with Internal Order:
In this scenario, you have to manually create the internal order and needs to assign in the origin tab of the asset master, then you will do the IO settlement to AUC then final asset.
AUC with Investment Order
In this scenario based on the configuration (investment profile), the AUC asset will create automatically at the time of IO creation in KO01, Now you will settle the IO to AUC and full settlement to main asset after completion of the construction or any other process.

Hello Ravi,
Actually I don't have much idea regarding this. So can you please give me some basic knowledge on AUC with Internal order and Investment order. So that I can get some clarification on this.
The explanation which you have given above is best from configuration point of view.
Regards,
Shreekumar
HI,
In AUC with Internal Order there is no specific configuration is required, you need to create an internal order with investment object class in KO01, then you need to assign this in origin tab of the AUC asset, now you can post the expense against the internal, then you can settle the same in KO88, then once the construction is complete, then you can settle the AUC asset to main asset in KO88 by selecting the full settlement.
In AUC with investment order, once you create the order in KO01 the AUC asset will create automatically in the background, for this yo need to configure the investment profile, separate AUC asset class you need to create and needs to assign in investment profile, the settlement process is same, in the month end the AUC settlement rule will create automatically and it will settle it AUC, then you need to settle it to main asset in KO88.
I hope it is clear and close the thread if you satisfied with answer.
Regards,
Ravi
