How to Create PDF Report with customized Purchase Order Data?

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to show the data of Standard Purchase Order in PDF report (Form Template) BUNDLED by SUPPLIER?

Like standard purchase order OWL form, the data will be shown as rows according to Purchase Order ID.

When one of the rows is selected and click preview, the data with same supplier will be shown in PDF report template.

Could we get it?

For example, when I select Purchase Order ID "1001" and click Preview, I would like to show the data with same supplier (PO ID: 1001, 1009, 1100) in PDF report (form template). Is it possible?

Hi Bin Haung,

For Standard Purchase Order, I cannot because it is impossible as Mr.Vijay said.

Instead of this, you can use custom business object and custom form template report.

You can use custom bo by retrieving the standard purchase order data and then, show in form template report.

You don't need to save the data in custom bo. When you click "Preview" button, retrieve the data from standard PO and then send that data to report.

        This is not available in Byd functionality.. Please raise an incident with SAP  and post in Idea forum, so that may be available in upcoming  releases based on the requirement weightage.
