Addrress not saved for contact person

Hi Experts,

When I create a contact person after I confirm my account in an IC role the address is not populated due to which when you go to contact person details in BP transaction code it gives a error for country not populated.

Can somebody please tell me if this is a standard behavior since when I checked this with standard IC role the behavior seems to be the same.

Please provide your suggestions to overcome this problem.

Regards

Yogesh

I think you meant to say, that you are creating contact after clicking "More fields" in IC role ?

do you like to rephrase this line "When I create a contact person after I confirm"?

So when I confirm my account I see following screen where I click on 'Related' button to create a new contact person which takes me to contact person creation page.

On contact creation page I add the first name last name, language and country however whenever I go to contact in BP tcode I dont find country saved in record. I checked this in standard IC role and found the behavior to be the same.

Can you please help me on how to save the contact person with country when I check the BP record. Let me know if you need any further details.

    Regards

    Yogesh
