Addrress not saved for contact person

Hi Experts,

When I create a contact person after I confirm my account in an IC role the address is not populated due to which when you go to contact person details in BP transaction code it gives a error for country not populated.

Can somebody please tell me if this is a standard behavior since when I checked this with standard IC role the behavior seems to be the same.

Please provide your suggestions to overcome this problem.
