Converted analytic view does not open

Hi Everyone,

We recently upgraded to HANA SPS 11 and in conjunction with SAP's roadmap on moving to Calculated views in the future, we used the migration tool to move our analytic views to calculated views. It worked perfectly for one but for another, though the conversion is successful, nothing comes up on opening the calculated view. Data can be previewed by the view by itself is empty.

Is this a product bug? Can someone let me know if they have faced similar issues?

    Hi Vinayak,

Can you please give few more details about your analytic view if it is using any attribute view or what are the features included in etc. And are you migrating to the same package itself or simulating to a

different package?(It's always better to simulate to avoid corrupting original models)

    Best Regards,

    • Thank you Shireesha,

The view I am trying to convert has only the data foundation tables. And another view with a similar data foundation was converted successfully. It is based on the delivery tables. And I am migrating to the same package without the copy option.

I think it has to do something with parameters. But I am still not sure.
