Customs document- Email

Hi ,

In customs documents, when the output message needs to be email to user after getting processed. ( for eg: when the message executed under communication tab that need to be email to the user like in ECC we have email functionality in invoice output).

I have completed the below configuration.

1) defined the default data email notification and assigned the same to legal regulation and document type.

2) maintained the default data setup under master data.

anyone can help me to setup this functionality?

      Hi Bala,

      are you talking about the recipient address for these e-mails? If yes, you have to maintain them in the data proposal part. There for each message you can enter the mail address (we work with distribution lists here for example).

    Hi Bala,

    According to SAP help, you need to configure PPF action for e mail notification.

      Is it safe to assume your question is to email the Output message from the Customs Declaration instead Customs Document ?
