Hi ,
In customs documents, when the output message needs to be email to user after getting processed. ( for eg: when the message executed under communication tab that need to be email to the user like in ECC we have email functionality in invoice output).
I have completed the below configuration.
1) defined the default data email notification and assigned the same to legal regulation and document type.
2) maintained the default data setup under master data.
anyone can help me to setup this functionality?

I see you listed 2 steps but not sure if that is going to help you.
Follow the below steps:
If you already have message type define and its being populated in the communication tab:
Go to SPRO - GTS-Customs - communication - Messages section and then display the message
- Here you can see which action definition that message is associated with
Go to define condition/output parameters for communication of general documents under communication process -
- Select the action definition
- there you can see processing options(tab) below
- there you can maintain email group or individual id etc..
Lets say you don't have a message yet -
Then follow the steps
Define Technical Medium for Messages (PPF Actions) for General Documents
Define Conditions/Output Parameters for Communication of General Documents
Define Messages for Communication Processes
Define Control Settings for Communication Processes
Define Determination for Activity Sequence
Classify Foreign Trade Documents
Print Control for Foreign Trade Documents
and then you have to do your data default rules for output messages

Thanks for your input, i have maintained the below details. but am not able to save email address under recipient .
( i.e . as this is configuration , i have added the email addition in to the TR and when i move the TR to following client the email address not getting transferred).
Can you please advise how can we add the email address?

Just ask them to open the client and add the email in the transported client.
Some how SAP didn't allow us to enter the email id in your configuration and move it across the clients.
If that doesn't work please let me know will talk about the group mail option but ask the basis to open the client and maintain the id in the ppf action. Thanks.

According to SAP help, you need to configure PPF action for e mail notification.
