Export one group to Excel

Hi All,

I have a report which has 5 groups.  When exporting to Excel, I only want to export GF3, is it possible?

Also, in GH3 I have a subreport in which I have several shared values used in the main report.  In the subreport, I made all fields in white font and minimum height so it will not display on the main report. But when exporting to Excel, they are there.  How can I not exporting subreport to Excel?  Please see the attached screenshots.

Hi Gwendolin,

You cannot export a particular section to Excel whilst the report still displays the other sections.

You can workaround this by adding a prompt with this test:

Export to Excel?

And have Yes, No as its values.

You can then add a suppression formula on all sections depending on the user selection.
