GRC10.1 ARM Re-Route Issue

hi Gurus

I have a situation here.

In the MSMP we config for ARM to allow reroute to different stages.
The issue we have is as below.

1. ARM is created and approved in several stages.

2. In the Role Approver stage, the request was escalated to the alternative approver after the time limit is up.

3. The alternative approver has the request in the Inbox.

4. The admin person then reroute the ARM to a different stage, Escape path.

5. In the ARM, I can see from the instance and audit log button that the request was routed to the correct people in the Escape path.

6. The PROBLEM is that the request is still in the inbox of the alternative approver. The only thing is that the approver cannot submit the request when he gets to the request. It has only a Close button. Theoretically, I would expect the request to disappear from the Inbox of the alternative approver.

I am trying to search for a SNOTE and not even sure if there is one. There are like 1000s of them when I search GRC10.1 ARM reroute as such.

If someone out there knows the solution, I appreciate that you can share it.

    Hi Jonathan,

I just did a quick test in my system and the reroute option is working fine.

Looks like the Inbox is not getting auto - refreshed after re-routing the req to different path.

Can you try the KBA suggested by Prasant and check if it works.
