Hi,
Is there anyway we can bring in the interaction history in the service ticket when we preview the ticket in PDF preview?
Can anyone share any information on this.

Hi Subashish,
I think you are looking for all interaction history on the ticket summary . Not sure if that can be supported , but we do have a data source by the name "All ticket with All interactions" . It should give you information about all available interactions made on a Ticket.
Attached screenshot may help .
You can create a report on this, and use as you proceed .

This is the current system behavior, where currently the Ticket summary does not show the Interactions that are present in the Ticket.
Unfortunately, it is not possible also to get all these interactions via Report or other features.
