Payslip to External Mail

Hi Friends,

    I have a requirement to send employee payslip from SAP to directly external Email-ID. Is there any internal option? If don't have any option internally please suggest me what to do?

1. Make necessary configuration in SCOT (BASIS Activity)

2. Write a custom program to convert PE51 to OTP output.

3. Use FM:'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to send mail.

Hi Naveen,

As suggested by raghu u need to do configuration to trigger email. We have written custom program to trigger HRFORMS (Payslip) to email IDs

Hi Naveen,

We are using the third party software called Doc1 to the pay stub to External Email ID's.

From SAP we will be sending the paystub information as XML file to Doc 1 system and they generate the Pay slip.
