Subforms doesn't repeat in Forms

Hello everyone!
I have one big problem in my form in  layout.
I create  hierarchy:

And i need that "SubHeader" and "SubHeader1" repeated.But on the second page header is initial (only have "TableForm" with content), and it appears in third page without my "TableForm".

Maybe problem with "repeat subform  for each data item". Pls help to end with this

You can do something like below,

Step 1) Create one table, with two header rows, wrap them both into the section.

Step 2) Then go to pagination tab of Section, and check below check boxs.

Step 3) Also check Include Header Row in Initial Page for both the headers.
