please check your DTP(which loaded data to cube) logs and time.

At DSO also, please check how many requests are exist at DSO for today date?

Cube is feeding data from DSO only or any other source as well?

please check your cube data flow.

from Cube-->manage-->request-->thru data mart symbol, please check from where your requests are loaded?

    Hi Vinod,

maybe this is due to the granularity of your model.

If the maxium detail is CUSTOMER in your CUBE and in DSO you have additionally MAterial OR DOCUMENT, the system always will update cube with two records when the Customer summary information has a modifcation in your DSO, the first record with a minus with the old Qty or $ and the second with a + with the new Q or $.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards from Mx.
