Execute report SCWN_NOTE_BROWSER, give the note number and execute. In the ALV list, select the note and click on the the "undo" button in the toolbar.

    • So the note was not installed with SNOTE but from upgrade. You could check, try to install the note with SNOTE. (SCWN_NOTE_BROWSER is the repoort called from SNOTE with the icon)

Did you also look for OSS notes that correct this notes but belong to a SP higher than your current level?

Normally, notes can be uninstalled using SNOTE. Not sure though if this also works for notes that were part of an SP or EHP upgrade. There can be a lot of dependencies.

The right way would be to report this to SAP so they can issue a corrective note that solves the problem.
