Responce time of ChaRM action

Hello,

some times when we pass urgent change to test arise warning like on screenshot:

There is no error in action 'import transport request' also if i check transport log i see that TR imported successfully, but a little bit later than arised warning.

I think that response time(waiting time) for this action less than time for successfully importing of TR in test system.

How can i fix it? or increase response time for this action.

Hi Anton,

you can set this with the user-parameter CHECK_NTIMES_SOCM. When there is no entry, it's default value is 5 (times 5sec = 25sec). Depending on your release, the standard maximum value is 9. If you want more, please have a look at this notes:
