How to calculate total sum based on overall result columns

Hi everyone,

i have a Report in bex:

Sale person 2011 2012 Overall result 2011 2012 Overall result Sale region 1 Sale region 2 Sale region 1 Sale region 2 A 10 10 20 15 15 30 B 10 10 20 15 15 30

Now i want to have total sum of 2 columns: "overall result" to see total sale of each person. The table i want looks like this:

Sale person 2011
2012 Overall result 2011 2012 Overall result Total A 10 10 20 15 15 30 50 B 10 10 20 15 15

30

50

Sale region 1 and sale region 2 is 2 different keyfigures, therefore BEx calculate the overall result for each keyfigure only.

How can we calculate the sum of this 2 keyfigure?

i tried to create a calculated keyfigure in Bex Query designer, and add to the report, but the problem is that, Bex will show this Calculate Key Figure per year (2011 and 2012) like other key figures. and that is not what i want. i only want a column "Total" like above.

Can you please help me how to do that?

Thanks

    HI Pha,

Your question is not clear to me. How in the below table you have different values for the same year(2011) and same Key figure(Sale Region1). I think you incorrectly wrote the Years.

    Sale person 2011 2012 Overall result 2011 2012 Overall result Sale region 1 Sale region 2 Sale region 1 Sale region 2 A 10 10 20 15 15 30 B 10 10 20 15 15 30

Also, is it possible for you to redesign your report in the below format?

    Sale person Year 2 Sales Region1 Sales Region 2 Sale region 1 Sale region 2 A 2011 10 10 2012 10 10 Result 20 20 B 2011 15 15 2012 15 15 Result 30 30 OVerall Result 50 50

    Regards,
