Wrong Counter Difference Reading in Measurement Document List

Hello All,

I could see there is wrong Counter Difference Reading in IK17 Measurement Document List .

Example--> Current Counter Reading 25 and Previous Counter Reading 24 Difference Showing as ZERO.

What could be the reason behind this.

Did you check the posted the document, whether you see the value there ? Else this is from Ik17 reporting issue ?

Hello Maria,

I checked Individual Measurement document for the Current Counter Reading 25 and Previous Counter Reading 24 still Difference Showing as ZERO.

Hi Rakesh,

Only way it is possible, if the user posted the same counter reading itself

If you are posting via IK11, i dont think there is any other option, may be you need to raise a OSS note.
