C4C: Reply on Tweets and Facebook posts in a non-productive system

Hello there,

What happens when you reply in a service ticket on a Tweet or a Facebook post in a non-productive system? Do the repsonses appear on Twitter or Facebook or are they blocked automatically or do I have do block the answer option manually in the channel setup?
