Hello there,
What happens when you reply in a service ticket on a Tweet or a Facebook post in a non-productive system? Do the repsonses appear on Twitter or Facebook or are they blocked automatically or do I have do block the answer option manually in the channel setup?

Hi Sabine,
Yes definitely they are posted in real time on social channels. If you have done the integration then obviously doesn't matter if you are on production or test system.
