Hi Madhu,

You can schedule transaction /SDF/MON; which can be used to check work processes usage from all application servers on the system, at periodic timestamps.

This report collects snapshots of monitoring detail and store these details for later analysis.

Please use ST07 -> History -> Date (select) -> Period Drilldown. (already mentioned in thread Work Process usage history | SCN)

To add to what Ning has suggested you can also try

RZ20 --> SAP CCMS Monitor Templates --> Entire system --> R/3 Services --> Dialog --> Utilization

in the result you can choose date and things.
