CRM PC UI adding column to list view of Accounts is not working properly

Hi,

I added Industry Sector field in list view of Accounts screen through CRM Designer.

I could see the field in personalization option for columns. Even though I make the Industry Sector column visible in personalization option, I am not being able to see it on result view of the Accounts screen.

Can somebody guide me if I am missing any configuration step here?

Hi Bhatt,

At first i think the Designer only should be used when all fields in your application are finished, because if you have to regenerate your field group you loose your layout created with CRM Designer Tool.

Check in your field group structure if the field industry sector has the value of list marked.

Hi,

It's not good practice to use CRM designer in the firsthand. SAP removed CRM designer support in CRM5.0.

Any how, you can check the crmc_loyoutc table whether the entry exist for the industry sector field.

Good approach is to make the necessary changes in the customising ( crmc_blueprint_c ) for adding or deleting the fields and then use crm designer for look and fiel ie screen alignment.
