Hi,
A Botswana employee terminated on 01.04.2016.
He had some dues to payroll is processed in July 2016.
Now as per RT he should be paid amount of 3712.95.
But as you can see in payslip that amount shows in both sides and totals up and shows as 7425.90 which is wrong.
This happens in retro cases of terminated employee of the past.
How to correct this in payslip?
