Is rollback of Transaction and Master Data possible in SAP Cloud for Customer

Hello all,

Currently we are implementing SAP Cloud for Customer and Integrating it with SAP ERP using N/W PI and using SAP Web Dispatcher as reverse proxy.

We are facing some issues in our Integration currently. Due to the stringent nature of our timelines, we have decided to manually create some part of the Org Structure in the system followed by excel upload of a partial list of Employees and Customers and Products, to begin our configuration testing.

As a result, the business users who will be testing the system, will be creating Leads, Visits, Campaigns, Opportunities etc. Moving ahead once we are able to successfully complete our Integration, had a query whether it is possible to completely wipe out (delete), either by us or SAP through an Incident, all the transaction and master data or at least Transaction data. so we can end the validity/mark obsolete/delete our master data from the system and bring all the data from ERP via PI.

Any pointers/help on this topic will be appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Nikhil Pais

    Hi Nikhil,

You can request for restoration of system to previous date, this process is called Restore Point.

For this you need to raise an incident to SAP.

Please find more detail in below links:
