Can anyone confirm or deny SAP BPC 10.1 (Microsoft) support for either of these SQL Server technologies:

AlwaysOn Failover Cluster Instances

Always On Availability Groups

    The prerequisites listed in the installation guide don't mention any of these features in particular. - just the edition of SQL server.

    Enabling certain features on a SQL server installation - such as the ones you mentioned - is supported as long as it doesn't break the functionality of BPC and as long as the implementation of these features are transparent to the application. That means that your consultant or whoever does the installation of BPC should validate the system implementation as a whole.

    In general the "unsupported" systems are the result of a particular implementation and not due to the features of third party software elements per se.
