Problem with SAP Crystal Reports

Hi everyone, I use SAP Business One 9.2 and SAP Crystal Reports  (SAP Business Objects CR2013 Support Pack 2, version 14.1.2, CR Developer)

When i'm working in a report and click in the buttons below in order to see a preview of the result

Immediately it opens this

After enter those values and click in button nothing happens

Anyway I want the preview result to be executed in crystal report AND NOT in HTML file

From long time, to test my resports I import them in SAP and then execute the preview and this takes a long time

How can I solve this problem ?

I've read and followed his suggestions

So I founded HTML prompting files in C:/Users/MyUser/AppData/Local/Temp/

what do I have to do in order to prompt parameters in crystal reports and not in Chrome or Firefox ??
