Unable to connect to SFDC. TLS 1.0 is disabled

Hi All,

We are trying to connect to SFDC using SFDC adapter from Advantco.

Recently due to some changes in Salesforce we are unable to connect to SFDC and getting the error

Message processing failed. Cause: javax.resource.ResourceException: [UnexpectedErrorFault [ApiFault  exceptionCode='UNSUPPORTED_CLIENT'
exceptionMessage='TLS 1.0 has been disabled in this organization. Please use TLS 1.1 or higher when connecting to Salesforce using https.'

We are using Java 1.6 and as per support notes for Salesforce all Sandbox and testing servers who are trying to connect to SFDC needs TLS 1.1 for Java 1.6

What are the next steps for this?
