HCM Renewal - Export Processes List

Hi there,

need your help.   I'm implementing Renewal 2.0  FP4.

Is there any possibility to have a file excel of the processes lane? The same as the picture but with an external file, report from backend system... anything...

You want to export the processes which you see in the Process lane to excel?  we don't have any standard functionality for it, can you advise the reason for this to use?

Hi Siddharth, yes I do wanto to export what I see in the process lane also using a report from sap gui, not necessery with Renewal.

My client needs a specific list with all the process done in a period of time, with the all the information of the process lane.

Any idea for it?

You can enhance this or built a custom report in backend to pull out the processes etc? from T5ASR* tables, I don't see any standard functionality in GUI for this ?

Hi there,

we've done in another way and it seems pretty readable.

Our developers made a new transaction by coping from the standard one, HRASRPROCESS_UTILITY, and using the logic of SWIA.

Than I've tried to assign this transaction at my analytc lane and It's work fine. From the browser I'm able to see the report.

Now we need to find how to export the report in excel as is done in SAP GUI.

Am I explain myself?

What's you said It's something I've never tried and I cannot understand how everything in assign to the different lane from LPD_CUST.

interesting! now you can reuse some of the code of export to XLS from SAP Gui and use in your utility report?
