Business partner field in Order confirmation screen IW41

Hi PM experts,

      I've a requirement to get a field into Order confirmation screen IW41 for Business partner. Currently we have field "Personnel No" where we can enter the HR personal no. In my case work is done by HR business partners instead of HR personal.

I've maintained these BP under the Org structure, which is assigned to work center. Hence I need BP in confirmation screen instead of personal no.

Please guide ..if we can achieve this via some enhancement ??
