How can I create a mailform in sap crm marketing and automaticall sending the email ?

Dear SAP CRM Experts,

I'm a new person in CRM. It's urgent. I must finish the task in this week.I need you help.

How can I create a mail form in SAP CRM marketing and automatically sending the email from activity Transaction?

1.How to find the data fields that I need to get mapping attribute context fields in Mail Form. Like Transaction ID, Responsible employee, Manger.

2.How to use SE18, SE19 to configure BAdI that for the mail.

3.How to create an action that can work to send the Mail Form to receiver. Like

Responsible employee and Manger.

4.Where can I input a receiver email address?

Please gave me help! I will be very appreciate it!

    Hi Charlie,

    The ways to trigger mail automatically from CRM Marketing is as below:

    1. Create target groups (based on your business requirement)
    2. Set up ERMS (E-Mail Response Management System): SPRO > IMG > CRM> E-Mail Response Management System
    3. Create rule and policy in CRM UI based on the logic of sending mail
    4. If your project uses other platform to trigger emails, then CRM system should talk to the 3rd party system
    5. The sender email id will be configured in ERMS
    6. The receiver email address set up will depend on 3rd party system

    Would you mind giving me more detail steps.

    1. when I created target group, I got error "class not found".

    2.have problem? to set up a rule? to send a email from CRM to Outlook?
