Plant configuration for CHILE

Hi All,

I am going to configure a plant in country Chile. I don't have any plant in Chile at present. So I cannot copy the configurations. Please suggest which countries plant should I take as a reference to create a new plant in Chile. Can I use any other Latin American countries like Peru or Argentina?

I guess you can answer this question yourself, isn't it?

Argentina is Argentina and Chile is Chile, these are 2 different countries.

Anything that is country specific has to be maintained/changed individually.

What country specific customizing do you have for a plant? If Argentina is good to copy from then any other plant in the world could be good as a template too, since you can't get around to review everything manually, to check if you need to make country specific changes.

Hi,

You can create a new plant for your chile country by copying from any standard plant but what about new company code in chile country- are you creating a new company code or you are creating this plant with plant abroad functionality?

I m using an existing company code and this plant has abroad functionality.
