C4C - No RecipientERPPartyID in Payload

Dear Experts,

We have replicated Sales Order to S4 HANA as follow-up document. A couple of days replication was not happening. We have analyzed the payload sent from C4C and I have noticed that <RecipientERPPartyID> is not defined in payload. The strangest thing is that I did not changed anything in the system. C4C is not sending this information anymore and I am not able to get external pricing from S4. The interface triggered in SAP PO is called: CustomerQuoteRequestExternalSalesDocumentDataOut

Any help will be appreciated.

Dear Experts,

We have opened an incident and SAP got me the answer. I was maintaining ID Mapping for Integration: "External Business Partner". Once I delete all mapping for External Business Partner, the Payload started to sending information again.
