000010 Date 000015 is blocked for billing (billing plan)

Hi all,

Before posting this query i have searched the forum but didn't get the solution.

For a client I am using Billing plan ( Periodic) , and they have to bill the resources according to the days. They need to create order with reference to the contract.

So when created a contract , and also gave the billing plan , the data is getting copied as it is,

1. All the data getting copied as it is except the billing dates , for that i have to give the start and the end date again in the order and it is not getting copied as it is from the contract.

2. now if i am removing one bock , and try to bill it is allowing me to do the billing

, however when i am removing two blocks from billing plan it is not allowing me to create the invoice and gives the error " 000010 Date 000015 is blocked for billing (billing plan)"
