C4C Customer migration - "Instance with the same key already exists"

Hi All,

I have come across this error a few times when uploading accounts and contact.:

  • Instance with the same key (Contact first name, Contact last name) already exists
  • Instance with the same key (Account name) already exists

The values i am using are unique!

But there may be similar values already created. Is it the duplicate check causing the issue? I would expect a warning message to appear instead.

Note: I removed the Account person detail just in case - but that didn't fix the issue
