Unable to Open CTS from ESR

Hi Experts,

i have a strange issue here, when i'm trying to open the CTS transport Organizer from ESR i'm facing the below issue.

can anyone please give the solution for this?

Tools--->Open CTS Transport Organizer

I Have worked with BASIS and they are saying that everything is good from their end.

i tried to open in another system and it is working fine...but not working in my system.

please suggest.

Hello PR,

Since your able to open in other system then it could be issue in PC not PI.

Check the IE settings with other system in which its opening,Might be some host or something to be maintained.

Even if the java stack is activated, the CTS+ URL opening in a webpage depends on having the relevant services activated in SICF.

This means the CTS setup has not been done properly and the related configuration is corrupted. Please ask your basis team to follow the steps mentioned in below blog to resolve the problem -

Check if any system upgrade or OS level change happened could be because of this suddenly your getting the error.
