Hello Experts,
I am facing a similar trouble in two SAP CRM fiori applications - My Appointments and My Tasks.
The notes created in CRM WEB UI are not visible in the mentioned fiori applications. All the necessary configurations are already in place but the issue does not get resolved.
Moreover in the fiori UI the Notes heading looks a little different than the others so I am thinking may be this is a UI issue and could be solved through an SAP note.
Please share if anyone has faced a similar issue and the resolution to the same.

Hi Niyati,
Can you check the error in console using F12 in Chrome Browser and if possible share the screenshot?
Also, Have you applied the mandatory SAP notes for this application which are mentioned as a part of App Implementation?

Hi Karan,
The virus scanner installation was pending and now it has been done. The problem that I am encountering now is mentioned below:
1. My Tasks
a.Unable to create new tasks and getting the below error.
b. If adding notes to the existing tasks , the system says that the notes have been saved however the notes are not displayed within the notes section and on f12 the below error is encountered.
The error in the backend is shown below:
2. My Appointments
If adding notes to the existing appointment , the system says that the notes have been saved however the notes are not displayed within the notes section and on f12 the below error is encountered. Also the notes which are created in Fiori are not replicating to CRM.
Please suggest.
