I need to expert advise on the subject matter. Actually we received an issue from end user where, as per his records there should be no open items in "Advance payments", where as when I see FK10N, I see there is balance standing.
When I analyzed this, I came to know that there are certain vendors for whom the closing balance is not transferred from Year 2014 to 2015. I can see this in test run for F.07 (Program: SAPF010).
I know the corrective action, i.e. I need to run F.07 for taking the closing balance from 2014 to 2015 and also from 2015 to 2016.
For information: We are using New GL under ECC 6.0 and we do not posted any documents once the year is closed.
