Crystal Reports 2013 Service Packs - cumulative?

We currently have Crystal Reports 2013 SP2. I found a link to additional service packs here - https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap%28bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==%29/bc/bsp/spn/patch_download/main_public.htm but couldn't find any documentation for them.

Are the service packs cumulative, ie. can I just install SP9 on top of the current product? Or, do I need to follow a different path. TIA
