Hi,
I have created on survey and though Plans and routing rule survey will be automatically assigned to ticket. When we are opening this survey
all the field are showing in grid out. Help me resolve this issue.

Hi Vijay,
If you are testing in HTML5, please click on Actions ---> Edit and then the survey becomes editable to be filled up. Please refer screenshot.

This is how it is designed to work on HTML5.
On the Responsive UI, you can fill the Survey in a single click. The survey is directly editable by clicking the link.
