Claim Reimbursement approver workitem

Hi Experts,

I am implementing Claim reimbursement for UAE , Employee raise the claim request but the workitem is not appearing in work overview ,I mean manager's inbox.

Using POWL

System , EHP7 , NWBC WD ABAP.

Please suggest.

Kindly check whether the Workflow is maintained as a General task or not. to check that proceed the following steps

T-code: PFTC

now u need to click on the step to view the complete details

now we need to click on Attributes button & select General Task option and click on transfer button to complete the task. and to make them active we need to click on Generate button.

after Clicking on Generate make sure you activate the workflow

workitem is generated in SAP but not showing in portal. Please find the below screenshot and let me know if any thing is missed.

refresh the buffers with t-code  SWU_OBUF and check again and check the manager  user id correctly mapped in  infotype 105  and subtype 0001 and r u sure the workitems and coming in sap r 3 inbox (SBWP) and sit with workflow person and do some settings u will get it becoz ur saying it is coming in sap inbox  ....r u getting leave request items in mss or only claims workitems? and check the system alias also ...might be it is one reason and register those system alias  in portal

I am getting leave request work items but not the claim request work items. please suggest.

check with workflow person might be some worklfow settings missing

go to swu3 and activate the workflow settings with basis guy then i t will work

Hi Jwala,

I have checked in tranx SWU3 and all workflow related settings are activated but still no workitems has shown in mss .

Any other alternative , please suggest.

check in swia the workitems once.... give only date there and execute
