Auto Mail trigger one day before for the PM Order when created.

Dear Gurus,

Greetings...!!!

I am having one Question.

1. Auto Mail triggering one day before for the Preventive Maintenance Order to the respective departments.

Example :

S.no Preventive Maintenance Order Created On Emil Triggering should be 1 13.07.2016 12.07.2016 2 14.07.2016 13.07.2016 3 15.07.2016 14.07.2016

    Hi Raju,

    Kindly get in touch with your Abaper or Workflow consultant. As you want to trigger a day before, it will be a challenge to identify the call dates, if the plan is not initially scheduled.

    If a plan is scheduled for the first time, then only you will be able to find the call date stored in tables.

    Your requirement will be very simple if the email can be triggered when the order is created i.e., based on call date.

    Hi Raju

    1). You can work on IP24 tcode which provides us Preventive Maintenance Schedule Overview

    Use Dynamic Variants layouts with Schedule start date and end date.

    2). With help of this t-code set Daily background job sending mail to user via Distribution list (with basis person)
