Hi All,
We have a requirement from the Client where we need to be able to create multiple Interaction Record for the same customer in call within the same session so that it reflects the call duration of the call.
Example - If a customer calls in for a new sign up for some services and at the same time also signs up for a Pre Authorised Payment - 2 Interaction Record to be created :-
a) Interaction Record with reason code - New Sign Up
b) Interaction Record with reason code - PAP set up.
Please help.

Hello Mithu,
you can do it via followup document. If you maintain copying control from interaction record to interaction record, you can create more documents during one call.
