Dispute case appears in SCASE, but not in UDM_DISPUTE

Hi,

When I search for a dispute case using the 'Find dispute' option in transaction UDM_DISPUTE, there are no dispute cases displayed.

However, when I search using the 'Find dispute' option in transaction SCASE, the dispute cases are displayed.

The RMS ID in selected in both transactions is 'UDM_DISPUTE'.

Can someone help to resolve this issue?

    Is there an auth issue - have you done a SU53?
