IE02 - change plant

Hi masters

Please, I need to change the planning plant in the IE02 transaction, but the field is locked, is there any other way to do it ? or to unlock the field ?

Is there any mass processing to change it ?

Hi,

You cant change planning plant in Existing Equipment Task list. To Populate required Planning plant,

1-You have to change the same Pln Plnt in Equipment Master IE02.

2-Change same equipment Task List IA02, On header Level Create New Task List.

3-Go to Task List overview Level and prepare Task List

4-Select task List Item with Previous Planning Plant and Delete.

I think planning plant is populated from Equipment Master, it will not allow you to change in IA02.

Hi Michel,

You can change the planning plant in IE02, there is no harm, but with respect to Equipment task list, you cannot change the planning plant, as said by Pavan, it copies from Equipment Master.

Only option you have is to delete / archive the task list and create with new plant.

Hi michel,

First ensure that the screenshot you attached above belongs to IA02 not IE02. According to your screenshot If you want to change planning plant in existing task list then its not possible to change it.

Now you have to change planning plant in equipment master and for this you will have to go through Rao sir post.Then add or create new task list , you will get new planning plant .

Use spro tcode OIAF. Here the setting for the field ITOB-IWERK presently must be in Disp. You change it to Input .  Now the field will be open for change.
