Why paginator is deprecated in sap.ui.table ? how can i acheive the same functionality in sap.ui.table?

Probably because the paginator uses the sap.ui.commons library, which was basically replaced by the sap.m library.

Maybe they will add a new paginator in a future release...?
Alright, I just saw that the whole sap.ui.commons library is deprecated. The paginator is part of this library.

Right now, it's not possible (without using a deprecated control). Maybe it will return in a future release...
