When we clicking sap gui login it will taking too much time.I think,It will taking more then 15mins.How we solve this problem.

Several things to check here to isolate the case:

1. Are you on the latest patch level of the SAP GUI?

2. Does this issue occur on all PC client or specific PC client or in citrix only?

3. When did this issue first happen? Any updates or changes make before this issue happened?
