HI Experts,
We have been working on field service feature of C4C. But everytime when we Go to "SERVICE AND REPAIR" tab Service technician is always "Toni Technician" by default and Service Technician Team is always Blank.
I have few questions:-
1) How can I set my choice of Service technician by default for every ticket we create?
2) Where do we maintain this Service Technician Team?
Request you to please help!

Service technician team is defined still team field is empty in ticket.
